MY EUROPE JOURNEY BEGINS
This time I went to Europe with my friends (Ying and Captain) for a week. It was 10- 20 degree celsius, I knew the weather gonna be cold but never expect to be so freaking cold and windy. We had a wonderful trip together and it is really awesome to have you both in my life! The places we've been to is really beautiful and romantic. It is the most breathtaking places I've been to so far. If I have a chance, I want to go back there with my love ones again.
We departed from KLIA and flew around 7 hours to DOHA for a transfer to Paris which also take another 7 hours to reach our destination. Look at my happy face, I am so excited to go EUROPE!
It's a long flight, foods, drinks and snacks are given on flight and the food are delicious. I keep on asking the stewardess to take a cup of apple juice to drink and also asking for snacks non-stop~ Because the snacks is yummy!
This is called Hamad International Airport QATAR.
Got on board again, the second flight! It's my first time siting an AIRBUS A380, it's huge and we sat at the upper deck. Sat on the plane too long and my face became swollen~
Basically, I just eat, sleep, wake up watch some movies, eat and back to sleep again.
I also connected to the "ONAIR" wifi for free on plane for 15 minutes, this is so cool!
DAY 1
After a long flight, we have finally arrived Paris in the morning!
Immediately I connect to the airport wifi to contact my love ones that I have safety arrived Paris.
hehe ^^
The escalator is so special and it's bouncy!! Past through the tube and look up in the sky, it's open air.

It takes some time collecting our luggage because there are too many passengers.
Then, we took a train from the Airport to the nearest station (De L'est) to check-in to our hotel. Be prepared and know the nearest station to your hotel because there's many stations and it might be a little confusing. The signboards are in FRANCE language, no english available. I only know one word which is called SORTIE= EXIT. Lucky for me, my friend Ying knows the way, I only need to follow her and I do not need to worry about anything.

Of course, we need to change train line in order to get to our hotel. Got up another train and the people are getting more and packed, squeezy~ The train door close very quickly and hardly so better be careful not to be squash by the train door. We all brought a huge luggage and we quickly move it out of the train before it closes the door. Nervous~
We stayed at the GrandHotel de L'Europe for the first night and it is very near to Gare de l'Est metro station that just requires 5 minutes walk. Heng ah, very near only ^^
There is no escalator but stairs so we have to carry our luggages up and down when we are taking trains. The small lift can only fit me and my luggage (max.3 person). Being 'AMAZED' like a kid that I never take such small lift before.
Stayed on the plane for so long, we need to have a good shower and use the hotel wifi to do some online posting photos in the room. Hehe~ After refreshing ourselves, it's time for breakfast!
Let me take a selfie while thinking where we are heading to.
We walk across the street and had our yummy breakfast! They do not have any chili sauce but sambal~Mine is chicken burger!! Huge portion, eat until I'm so full and it only cost $7 EURO...
They serve it very quickly, FAST food!
After breakfast, we took train to the closest Paris Metro to visit Eiffle Tower which is Champ de Mars/ Tour Eiffel station!
The transportation is very convenient and the train's speed is quite fast. You don't need to wait too long for the next train if you've missed one. We got our tickets by using the machine and we actually saw a lot of people did not purchase any tickets but just follow other strangers closely to get through the gate or hold the exit door and pass through when somebody comes out. It's our first day there, so we just bought the tickets and follow the law. hehe^^ But after that, we saved some $ for the tickets by me following Ying closely to pass through...Ooops!
When we reach there, I quickly pose, pose, pose and snap, snap and snap a lots of picture.
Tadaaaaa......Eiffel Tower~one of the most recognizable structures in the world. It has the tallest structure in Paris and the most-visited paid monument in the world. The tower is 324 metres tall which is about the same height as an 81-storey building!!!
While walking towards to Eiffel Tower the winds is so strong and keep on blows our hair messily. It is kind of difficult for us to get a nice shot, keep reshooting lots of time standing there posing~
and finally we got ONE!! Lol...
I saw a lot of people (black guy) selling selfie stick at the tourist spot and I kind of regret for not buying it from JB to Europe so I can get the beautiful sceneries with an different angle. Urghh!
See the black guy holding lots of mini Eiffel Tower? He sells the keychain which cost 5 for 1 EURO, I bought it as souvenirs.
Look! We all look so mini under Eiffel Tower..We walked from one side to another side and explore the field. I am looking for my MR.RIGHT!! Where are you my dear? Hahaha....
Saw this map and took a picture of it..There's this bus you can travel to the places for sightseeing tours.
After walking around, we took a cab to do some shopping~ What surprises me is that even you are on cab, you can also connect to their wifi for free while traveling to places. All branded shop like LV, GUCCI, PRADA, and HERMES mostly closes at 5pm... We went to LV and we need to que in order to get in.
I went in to see see look look and asked for a cup of orange juice, sitting there enjoying my juice while waiting for Ying to get her shopping done. There are so many people buying branded bags~ Urgh..just hope that one day I get rich I'll get myself one.
The buildings are really beautiful!!! Turn to every corner, got this vintage feeling which makes me more happy being in a different environment, enjoying my moments there. The whole row is all branded shops~ PARIS is really a shopping heaven for those who buy branded stuffs! I can't wait to go back there next time when I also become a rich women...Haha~
Walk passes the shops and we reached the Arc de Triomphe which is one of the most famous monuments in Paris. It honours those who fought and died for France in the French Revolutionary and the Napoleonic Wars, with the names of all French victories and generals inscribed on its inner and outer surfaces. Took photos and actually we are standing in the middle of the road which has lots of car passes through just beside us~
Saw a big crowd while passing by and took a photo of them squeezing to get that shot of that tennis superstar. BUT I don't know who~hehe...
We went to the famous LADUREE from Paris for the delicious macarons!! Lots of people are queing for it, not only from the outside but when we got into the door there's more que inside. It cost 2 EURO per piece and I bought 4 pieces to try on their unique flavours.
Do you feel like buying Macarons? hehehe....so many flavours!! Yumyum~
Walked too much and it's time for some ice cream~ Although it's getting colder but we still went to Haagen Dazs to chill for a while. It's so yummy and I felt so blissful while eating the ice cream!
Surprisingly, it's already 7pm but the sky is still so bright and it starts going dark around 10pm. I felt the day is so long~ But we need to have our dinner still..
The soup taste a little different from ours~ They give the mash potatoes like no need $ so huge portion, eat until I'm super full...At JB, you can ask for sky juice for free but at Europe, if you want to drink you need to order and it will be charged. Also, there's cover charge each that normally cost 2-3 Euro.
Normally after having their main course they (the people in Europe) will order a cup of coffee or tea but it's weird for us to drink it after dinner, later we can't fall asleep. Also, it is a culture that the money changed will be given them as the tips. They will not take the change. But if you don't feel like giving tips, you can just pay by credit cards to avoid the embarrass moments. hehe~
